These are very tasty. This is my Mother’s recipe. It freezes well too. You can make large meatballs or small. I usually make large. Adjust baking time according to size.

4 lbs. ground meat
1 lb. pork & 3 lbs. ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs, fine
2 cups milk, part evaporated
4 eggs, beaten
4 teaspoons salt
8 teaspoons A-1 Sauce
1. Mix well, but lightly, and brown and freeze. If desired. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes if thawed.
2. I do not brown before I freeze. Great make-ahead-meal. Really good.
