Our Story

Pickychilli was the dream of Carolle since her teenage years. It was her desire to provide the most creative and innovative catering solutions to the community in which she lived, worked and loved.During the early years, Carolle will design new dishes based on her experience and trips she took around the world. 

 

Fast forward 20 years, she decided to put her dream into reality by sharing the love of blended cuisine to the world. She continues to challenge industry standards, taste and artisanal cuisine's inventions that blend French, Mediterranean and American culinary arts.

Catering weddings, corporate, social and non-profit functions is what we do. But the passion for food and the people we prepare it for define who we are.
